Based on our highly acclaimed Odéon-m1 electronics, the new Odéon-lite sports a smaller case (41x225x165mm - 1.6x8.9x6.5") without the analog preamplifier section but retains or surpasses the performance of the Odéon-m1. And amazingly, the price is reduced to under $1000.

Featuring our famous Solid-Tube^TM output stages, dual transformers for truly separated power supplies and innovative digital processing, the Odéon-lite not only delivers the finest performance possible from 24/96 but also the greatest possible from 16 bit CDs. Most listeners simply have not heard their CD collection until they heard it through the Odéon-lite.

The Odéon-lite reflects our latest research in digital filtering and digital to analog conversion, We beleive we are the first to upgrade 16bits to 24bits before conversion, which makes it the first DAC to virtually recreate 24bits of detail from 20, 18 or 16bit recordings.

If digital are the only sources in a system, the Odéon-lite can be used directly with an amplifier. It's analog output is strong enough to drive directly most amplifier/speaker combination.
